About Us

The All Star Auto Group was established in 1994, when Fernando Varela opened All Star Ford in Palestine, TX.  Since then, the group acquired All Star Ford- Kilgore, TX (2005), All Star Autoplex- Palestine, TX (2018), and All Star Honda- Abilene, TX (2022).  As of 2022, the group offers new Ford, GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, and Honda as well as pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models.  In addition to new vehicles, All Star Outdoors (2019) in Palestine, TX offers mowers, blowers, handheld equipment and trailers.

Our dealerships are owned and operated by Fernando and Nicholas Varela.
